Sink into the dark painful parts of your body-mind to liberate their energy into your being. Create rituals to wrap spaces with consciousness. Honor boundaries — yours and others. Be impeccable with your structure so that you create relaxed flow. Be in awe and wonderment. Use death to fully live. See the divine feminine in all her forms and you will always be nourished. Cultivate the ability to embody heart-connected masculine presence and then use it to heal the pain of others. Deepen the way you move love and you will deepen how you live. Learn to give love in new and creative ways — especially when you don’t want to. Be bold in the way you blast spaces and people with love — the ripple may never end.
